MG ESSENCE Jewelry Policy – Silver, Gold & Plated Jewelry
At MG ESSENCE, we are dedicated to providing high-quality jewelry that reflects elegance and craftsmanship. To ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining the integrity of our pieces, we have outlined the following policy regarding exchanges, size adjustments, and warranty coverage.
1. Eligibility for Exchange & Size Adjustments
- Customers are eligible to request a size exchange or jewelry replacement within 30 days of receiving their order.
- The jewelry must be unworn, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all tags and certificates included.
- Only one size exchange per order is permitted.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size or style is unavailable, we will offer an alternative option of equal value.
2. Items Not Eligible for Exchange
- Customized or engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration by a third party are not eligible for exchange.
- Moissanite and gemstone jewelry are final sale unless there is a defect upon arrival.
3. Warranty & Quality Assurance
- MG ESSENCE offers a 6-month craftsmanship warranty on all jewelry, including plated jewelry. This covers manufacturing defects, including issues with plating.
- For plated jewelry: Over time, plating may naturally fade due to exposure to moisture, sweat, perfumes, or lotions. While we ensure high-quality plating, after 6 months, any fading or wear is considered normal wear and tear and is out of our control.
- Solid gold and sterling silver jewelry undergoes strict quality control and is hallmarked for authenticity.
4. Process for Exchanges & Warranty Claims
- To initiate an exchange or warranty claim, customers must contact our support team with their order number and details of the request.
- Once approved, the jewelry must be shipped back to us within 7 days of approval.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective upon arrival.
5. Refund Policy
- We currently have a 30 day money back guarantee policy, if you don't want your jewelry for any reason.
- Exchanges are permitted within the 30-day eligibility period, and warranty claims for plated jewelry are honored within the 6-month period.
6. How to Care for Your Jewelry
- Store your jewelry in a dry place, away from moisture and direct sunlight.
- Avoid exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals to prolong its shine and durability.
- For plated jewelry, minimize friction and wear to prevent fading.
- Use a soft cloth to gently clean your jewelry and maintain its brilliance.
