Return and Refunds

At MG Essence, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain items, such as personalized or intimate goods, may not be eligible for return.
  • Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund or exchange.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at mgessence05@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with your return.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

  • Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 1 - 3 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, such as items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame, please first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as there may be processing delays. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at mgessence05@gmail.com.

Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at mgessence05@gmail.com with details of the issue.
  • Exchange Process: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the defective item and will send out the replacement item at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items
